Compliance
VPI Immingham LLP has made a compulsory purchase order under powers in the Electricity Act 1989, to acquire land and rights adjacent to its combined heat and power plant at Rosper Road, Immingham, to be able to construct and operate its carbon capture plant, part of Humber Zero.
